Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is utilized by our entire organization. We use it for everything HR related: Payroll, Time off, Reporting, all Insurance (medical, dental, life), FSA (flexible spending account), commuter benefits and it keeps track of anniversaries and birthdays for fun ways admin can reach out to celebrate milestones with the company as a whole.
  • Logging time off is especially easy. Put in the requests and it automatically notifies your manager.
  • Choosing insurance is very easy. It will show you all the options available during the open enrollment time period and lets you view them in a table to cross-compare for an easy selection.
  • Honestly, it's the most inclusive HR program that I have used to date. It's easy to login with your Gmail account, so you never have to remember the password if you're logged into your email!
  • The ease of use is incredible as well as it flows you through the tasks you need to complete. I love it; no improvements here.
  • I would say this isn't ROI positive for us as it's a useful portal for employees that does not generate revenue, but previously we were using several tools to organize what Rippling does all in one.
Zenefits was great, but again Rippling is just more inclusive for everything. We used Zenefits for just our benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.), but not everything else like PTO, which was on a separate app. We needed something that could include everything "HR" related and Rippling was the obvious and right choice for our company.

Well suited for anything to do with HR. It's inclusive in that way that all the questions of "who would I go to for personal help on insurance, PTO, etc." all live in one spot. One login and easy to use. It's less appropriate for (I'm in sales) anything to log tasks with prospects, etc. Perfect HR fit, if you're in the market.
