Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use it to add and confirm staff payroll. I also use it for onboarding once we have a new employee. They create their Rippling account and send their documents and bank information. Then I will go and confirm their documents to complete their onboarding. I also use it for off-boarding ask well.

it is user friendly and fast and I love the way it let me see the profile of all the staff and manage their documents, add the jobs to their profile and make changes in their payment. It is also good to use on mobile phone as the app is really fast.

It is really good and would definately recommend it to other businesses because it lets you manage everything more smoothly and fast and it makes everything easier
Employees have to enter their hours bi weekly and I should go in confirm their hours. I love the part where I can go in and leave a comment for the employee of the changes I have made to their entry so that they know how much they should expect to be paid.
