Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling across the entire organization for people management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Rippling has wonderful customer support so that when I'm not sure what to do, someone is always standing by to assist.
  • Rippling has an intuitive, easy to use interface.
  • Rippling is clear for our employees.
  • We have used Gusto in the past, and its user interface is much more "friendly" and feels less like a 90's tech experience.
  • Rippling has decreased the time it takes us to run payroll, P&L, etc.
We loved using Gusto and honestly would not have changed, were it not for device management. We still miss the user interface at Gusto, but we appreciate the features from Rippling.
I have NEVER had a customer service issue with Rippling that didn't get resolved almost immediately.

Rippling gives clear instructions in its interface. UI is great. UX could use some work.
We love using Rippling for our payroll, benefits, and tax administration as well as people functions. I'm excited to try using it for software and device management, but we're small enough that this hasn't been necessary yet.
