Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as our go-to for everything HR related. From hiring and offer letters to payroll and sexual harassment trainings, it is the hub for our company.
  • The hiring onboarding experience. I love the step by step process for each new hire.
  • The rules and tasks you can assign to different types of hires and employees.
  • Payroll is incredibly easy!
  • Where to find things can be a little confusing. Like when we want to change the rules on who should receive a particular document, it can be confusing to remember where to change that.
  • Rippling has streamlined all HR efforts, eliminating duplicate work and time.
I think Rippling has a nice interface, easy to use, and everything can be found in it. The only other platform that compares in my opinion would be Paylocity. It has a different look but similar features.

Rippling is very easy to learn and use.
I think all companies should use Rippling. It has everything and is very intuitive and easy to update. If we need to add new files to employees or ask them to sign updated documents, you can with the click of a button. This eliminates G Suite folders and physical paperwork.
