Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

It is being used across the whole organization, and we use it for employees to check their time off balance, make and update insurance elections, and view organizational charts. We also use Rippling to house employee information for us to be able to keep in touch with people across our company.

Pros

  • It's asthethically streamlined.
  • Easy to use.
  • Easy to teach to others.

Cons

  • The colors aren't great - muted and boring.
  • Makes it easier on HR staff!
Our company has used Zenefits in the past, and it was not as user friendly for staff, and more difficult on our HR department to utilize. Thus, our company went on a search for a more user-friendly product that would encompass all of our needs. When they came across Rippling, they decided it was the best option for our organization.
Their team has been great to work with, and we've been able to make the switch smoothly thanks to them answering all of our questions and concerns. Our company is happy to have made the move over to Rippling from Zenefits, and as a user of Rippling, I believe that they made an excellent choice. We've had no complaints thus far.

Yes

Rippling is simple to use. It's not overcrowded or overwhelming on any of the tabs. The headers are easy to read, and setting it up was easy as 1, 2, 3.
Rippling is great to keep employees up to date with organizational tasks like completing insurance elections. It sends out reminders on behalf of the company, and keeps everyone up to date with other notifications from the company. Rippling also is great for quickly requesting time off as well. It's not as suited for more in depth actions.
