Easy access to benefits. A clear description of benefits, ensuring a smooth elections process.

  • Step by step process with benefit elections.
  • Notify when time sensitive actions are due.
  • It's very straightforward, not much to critique.
  • We only are using rippling for employee benefits at the moment.
More clear, and more concise. Better walk through on elections and what you are selecting, and even when you are enrolled. Much less confusing.
Because it's been a great experience so far. No confusion, everything is very user-friendly and clear.

Extremely easy to use, defined elections, and clear on what you are electing when it comes to benefits.

When electing benefits, Rippling makes the process smooth and easy. Well detailed on what your elections will cover so you don't need much assistance when setting up your benefits.
