Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling for payroll, time off, time and attendance, task, insurance, and flexible spending. All of the apps are very user-friendly and easy to manage.

Pros

  • Payroll is always accurate and on time.
  • Insurance and Flex Spending and informative and easy to manage.
  • Tasks are direct and informative.
  • Time Off is easy to request.

Cons

  • Time and attendance can be somewhat confusing when adding a meal break.
  • Bulk entry can use a bit more explanation.
  • N/A
I haven't really had to use support for Rippling, but I have used their Help Desk.

User friendly and organized.
Overall Rippling is great software. I love how everything I need is organized and in one place! For the most part, it self explanatory but the help desk is very informative if needed.
