Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I used Rippling to sign up for my company's annual benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision, disability, and life insurance. As an employee, Rippling was easy to sign up for and had clear instructions throughout the selection process. Our company has between 50-200 employees and is growing quickly - Rippling seems like it will scale well.

  • Benefits sign up for 100+ employees
Both were easy to use to sign up for company benefits, but Rippling offers a lot more functionality including payroll and HR tasks.
Everyone in the company was able to sign up for benefits and Rippling gives us the option of integrating more administrative tasks in one place as we grow.

Yes

Easy to sign up and having an app option is really useful. The website and app are well laid out and easy to navigate.
Rippling made it easy to sign up for company benefits like health insurance, dental and life insurance. We have not used it for Payroll/HR tasks yet but we may in the future as the company grows. It was easy to sign up and it clearly walked me through the enrollment process.
