Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I was introduced to Rippling with the start of my new company. I must say it is great! An easy-to-use one-stop-shop for your benefits, time keeping/time off requests, payroll, reporting your device even commuter benefits and your HSA's. My company even uses for dietary preferences and restrictions for events and such. Everything you need is in one friendly location. You have a task section for things you need to complete. For example reminders to update an application or to complete an insurance selection. You can make changes to you address and payroll and tax deductions. This is my first time using Rippling and I am thoroughly impressed. All companies and HR departments should use this to streamline the HR objectives.

Rippling is more user-friendly and I [feel] a lot easier to access the things you need. You also can have an even more personalized experience.

User friendly is at the top of my list as well as the personalized experience.
Using Rippling has been very streamlined from the very beginning starting with the very beginning of setup. I signed up from my phone and it was so easy. I had no difficulty whatsoever and I feel as [that] this is really user-friendly even to someone who may not be as tech-savvy.
