Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to manage my time off, salary changes, and benefits.
  • Change of life events (pregnancy, baby, marriage).
  • I can submit time off requests easily.
  • All the apps/layout make navigation really easy.
  • I was recently making changes to my FSA account contribution and things were a bit confusing. I could see tooltips offered but was still confused.
  • Sometimes I'm not sure where to find information like salary or personal information, as there are multiple places it seems like that info could live.
  • When there are tasks listed for me to complete, the UI of the tasks and how to complete them from that page isn't very clear or intuitive.
  • Definitely positive!
  • Employee privacy.
  • Employee happiness.
Rippling is much more comprehensive than Gusto and allows us to do so much more in one product!
I haven't needed much support but when I did I got an answer right away!

Overall, it's very easy to use. There are a couple of minor navigation/UI inconveniences but nothing has prevented me from using the product!
Rippling has been great from a user standpoint. I can't speak to what the experience is like from an admin standpoint, but everything has been clear to me the moment I started using Rippling. I love the 'You got paid!' emails, and whenever I need to take care of something, I'm alerted and understand how to complete the task.
