Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for our Human Resource needs and for selecting our Medical Insurance options. I really like that it is easy-to-use and has all of the documents I need in a single portal. It is especially useful for viewing and downloading my W-2 forms when I do my taxes. The previous HR portals I used were confusing and very hard to use.

Pros

  • Intuitive dashboard interface.
  • Stores all of my HR and insurance documents.
  • Simplifies HR and insurance workflows.

Cons

  • No complaints at all - I hope that every company I work for in the future uses Rippling.
  • Rippling has been extremely useful for Factorial since the company does not have an HR department.

Rippling is by far much easier to use than EaseCentral. I always had trouble logging into EaseCentral, and even after logging in, I have had trouble finding the documents I need.
Rippling makes it extremely simple for employees to view, update and download their Human Resource and Insurance information. You don't need to go to an HR person - Rippling is a platform that handles all of it for you.

Rippling's interface is extremely intuitive and one of the main reasons why I like it so much.
Rippling is extremely useful for small companies with no HR department. Larger companies can benefit from it as well as a portal where employees can view, update and download their HR and Insurance information. Perhaps Rippling can expand into other areas such as IT (which I think they are starting to do?) and employee onboarding and document management.
