Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used for extending offers, running a background check and drug screen processes for pre-hire, onboarding information, and talent management for current employees - a whole HRIS. As our company has grown 4x in the last year, it was instrumental in helping us manage the People side of this growth.
  • Housing crucial documents and educational material.
  • Reporting on attrition.
  • Restricting usage for HR and Talent teams that need admin access, but not all information.
  • Inability to make a confidential hire.
  • Employee lifecycle tracking.
Rippling offered a more robust offer extension and onboarding capability that has been crucial for us. BambooHR was not as sophisticated.
I wish Rippling had a better repository for FAQs and workflows for common problems. I've never had contact with a support staff person for Rippling, rather directly through our internal IT admin.

Rippling Is very easy to navigate and for us to train our users on.
Rippling has seemed to grow well with us from 50 employees to nearly 500 in a short amount of time. I do not think it is necessary for small organizations that intend to stay on the smaller side and/or not have high levels of inbound hires and exits.
