Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Very easy use and straightforward UI/EX. Help deal with the HR practices of the company. Rippling takes over all of the functions of benefits selection and payroll breakdown. Also includes all necessary forms related to those two aspects as well. Rippling acts as a one-stop shop for managing all things benefits and payroll.

I have previously used ADP which was in many cases a confusing and complicated mess. For as popular and widespread as ADP is, I am very happy that more platforms are entering this space and improving it. I have not used any other platforms other than ADP total source and Rippling
Easy to get in touch with rippling if needed. I have only had a minimal need to get in contact with their support team, but from my limited experience, the support at rippling is great and easy to reach. I would argue that Rippling has a much better support team than many of the big players in this space.

Yes

Very user-friendly. Easy to navigate to areas that you want to navigate to. The design and interface are simple enough without throwing too much information into your space. The log-in process is straight forward and it's easy to manage pretty much everything you need. The organization used in a limited capacity so I can only speak to benefits and payroll
Miles ahead of ADP and other competitors. I would say that this is the easiest and most intuitive platform and portal that I have used since any of my previous jobs. Sometimes the UI can be a little too simplistic, but ultimately with some general tech knowledge navigating and finding what you need is not difficult.
