Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling for most of our HR related needs. We are a small company and we don't have a full Human Resources department and probably won't for some years ahead. We use the LMS module for onboarding new employees, as well as the Payroll and Benefits modules. We also use Rippling for assigning compliance and legal tasks to employees each quarter or year.

I prefer the clean, modern interface of Rippling over Workday. Workday feels very dated and the UI is not responsive, so it's not a great experience. Also, it's very slow for a cloud based application. The Workday user interface is not well organized either and people dread using it. Rippling has a very clean, intuitive, modern UI and performs very well in comparison.
