Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for most of our HR related needs. We are a small company and we don't have a full Human Resources department and probably won't for some years ahead. We use the LMS module for onboarding new employees, as well as the Payroll and Benefits modules. We also use Rippling for assigning compliance and legal tasks to employees each quarter or year.

I prefer the clean, modern interface of Rippling over Workday. Workday feels very dated and the UI is not responsive, so it's not a great experience. Also, it's very slow for a cloud based application. The Workday user interface is not well organized either and people dread using it. Rippling has a very clean, intuitive, modern UI and performs very well in comparison.
I haven't had to contact the Rippling support team fortunately. I imagine they offer good support services though. I haven't heard of anyone else in our business needing support for Rippling. The product works really well and I have no complaints about it. I think it is a very solid product.

Rippling has the best usability in its category of workplace tools. The web interface is great and so is the mobile app.
Salesforce CMS, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Slack
Rippling is especially helpful for our small business. We use various modules to onboard and train employees, as well as other modules so employees can reference their benefits and payroll. Rippling also manages our PEO and it works really well for us as a distributed company based in the US.
