Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as an HR management tool. It is one of the most user-friendly sites I’ve encountered. Being that the company I work for is a 100% remote environment, it’s nice to have a system/tool that handles the new employee onboarding from an HR standpoint, and also time off requests, etc. I’m very impressed!
  • Reminders for tasks that need completed by a specific date (enrolling in health insurance).
  • Walking the user through the benefit enrollment process.
  • Time off requests are simple and self-explanatory.
  • I’m fairly new to the product but I haven’t encountered anything that I feel could be improved from a feature or functionality standpoint.
  • I’m at the employee level (and a new one at that!) so I am unaware how this has affected the business objectives.
I haven’t used a product like Rippling before now. However, each time I log in to accomplish a task, I am impressed by the functionality and wonder why my last employer didn’t use this tool!
So far, the support has been great! However, I haven’t needed to reach out many times due to how user-friendly the site is! I also just downloaded the app and so far, I have not had issues with that either!

As I have stated previously, this website is the most user-friendly website I have encountered. I have not had any issues finding what I’m looking for or completing a task.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), OneDrive, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
I think companies (and their employees) can benefit from using Rippling because it allows the employee to manage their benefits, view plan summaries, view/edit dependents, request time off, etc rather than emailing back and forth with a manager or HR contact where you’re at the mercy of them seeing their emails.
