Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Employee management and payroll. We need a single source of record of all the employees (domestic and international) and to run payroll for hourly + salary employees on a regular basis for domestic employees.

  • Gives us leverage in keeping everything in one place
  • In terms of costs, Rippling's slow sales/onboarding process hindered us for a few months, so would recommend starting the process early and anticipating delays
  • Once the payroll is set up, it definitely is easier and more efficient than our previous providers
  • Bulk upload feature is decent and saves time when running large one time payrolls
  • We save lots of time with the reporting, even though it's not perfect
More comprehensive service and scalable
Sales team was really weak, onboarding team was okay, CS team was fantastic
