Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use rippling for device management and team management. Pto health insurance payroll it's nice to have everything in one place! Super simple to understand and the user interface is clear. Easy to navigate. I also like that there is an app for employees to use

I wasn't involved in the initial process to set Rippling up, so I cannot speak to the service or support received. But so far from my experience utilizing the tool, and perspective on how long it took to implement for our HR team I'd say it is a great service/tool with good support. I haven't personally run into roadblocks or pain points.

As not have any formal training in Rippling, I was able to jump in and navigate with very little direction. The UX user experience was very well designed and I've enjoyed using the platform.
Rippling has been well suited for me as a manager because it compiles everything in one quick area. I can approve or edit time-off requests, see where team members need to complete certain admin responsibilities, etc. It is also a great tool for our HR team to be able to deploy certain softwares. I haven't encountered anything currently where it is not appropriate.
