Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

For a smaller company, it's made it extremely easy to onboard with everything from pay, to benefits, device/app enrollment, and managing time off. One of the very best features is its Payroll system, breaking down paychecks with exactly what they're composed of, and making it extremely easy to get PDF copies for use with financing and verification. I've never had a moment where I needed help using it from my HR representatives -- everything is so straightforward and easy to navigate that finding what I'm looking for is immediately available. It doesn't feel like the things employees need most are buried or hidden away, like tax forms and benefit details. All around, it's better than any previous systems I've used like Paycom, MyBenefits, BenefitSolver, Benevity, etc., and I really like that it encapsulates most or all of what a company would need to manage anything HR-related. Not having to use multiple tools is a huge plus!

Much cleaner user interface; less cluttered, more streamlined into "apps" or areas of focus where things can be more easily found. Onboarding and benefit enrollment workflows are above and beyond. Fewer dropdown menus to find what I'm looking for. More intuitive terminology around tax and pay documents. Fewer to no questions about how to use it, whereas Paycom needed training sessions for employees. Rippling makes sense right away without any training.
I haven't interfaced with Rippling's support team to fully know how well they provide customer service to their customers. They offer a robust help center to find immediate answers to the most common questions, with tutorials and how-to guides for major features. They make it very easy to contact your company's admin for help with anything specifically related to your company.

Excellent user interface and usability patterns used. It's intuitive.
By far the easiest HR management software I've used in my career to manage my pay, benefits, time off, and understanding of my startup's structure. Having more ways to be notified by various parts of the platform would be nice, including anniversaries and birthdays.
