Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

It makes it easy to understand the payroll stuff, the enrollment to different benefits from the company, reports, and insurance and helps to remind critical personal activities. When you are responsible for a team of people it helps a lot to make them feel appreciated reminding your of important dates, anniversaries, etc.

Personally, I think anybody at any level of the organization will be able to use it with no issues.
Every feature used on Rippling was really easy to handle, the instructions are clear, and it includes really good complementary information, this platform makes easy the enrollment process for stuff like insurance, and health savings accounts, and particularly I really like the options to add a bank account to split your paycheck as you prefer.
