Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I assist employees with benefits inquiries, device management, and overall information. I also use Rippling personally to obtain official job titles, employee information such as addresses and phone numbers, and benefits enrollment.

Although it wasn’t my decision to go with Rippling (as I am not involved in choosing our HR platforms), I’m glad we did! Rippling makes it so easy to do a little bit of everything.

It's great and very user-friendly. I use Rippling for benefits information, device management, employee profiles/IT account creation and obtaining tax documents, etc.
Rippling makes it easy to not only pull up employee information, but also that related to their assigned devices. I, unfortunately, don’t use Rippling for the payroll function or employee benefit records (since this is more HR-related), but I can imagine those features are wonderful as well.
