Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling takes care of all of our benefits, payroll, and time-off requests. It's been a seamless transfer from our previous provider and is honestly much easier to use! Everything is only a click or two away & it's made things easy for our company as we grow.
  • Makes time off requests quick and easy
  • Shows all the benefits information in easy to digest screens
  • Easy on the eyes and quick to find things you need
  • Might be missing it but canceling a time off request seems to not be something a simple user can do.
  • A calendar with birthdays and anniversaries (w/ opt-out option)
  • The SSO options likely don't need such a prominent spot on the Dashboard
  • Made things easier on our People team
  • Hard to say more as an employee but I enjoy using it
Lots of similar options but everything in Rippling just looks and feels better.
I haven't needed Support beyond checking the Help Center, which was helpful!

I've only encountered one thing I couldn't do that I thought I could (cancel time off request) so that's pretty great!
I've come up to our PTO cap and Rippling has made it easy to put in time off requests that are sent immediately to my manager to approve. I've also had to make changes to benefits enrollment this year due to my spouse losing coverage and the process was straightforward and very easy to navigate.
