Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is our only tool for HR tasks - payroll, benefits, and such. It serves this purpose very well, far better than the Hodge podge of systems I've used before (Workday, ADP, etc). Everything is in one application, and very straightforward.

Rippling beats these other systems for employee self-service functionality. It is dramatically simpler to use, and serves as a one-stop-shop rather than requiring multiple tools to be connected together.
I haven't had to interact with Rippling's support, but I trust it would be good.

Rippling is very user friendly.
The one-stop-shop aspect of Rippling is great for an employee. I don't have to hunt down important information such as pay stubs, tax documents, benefits, and more across multiple systems.
