Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Throughout onboarding, recruiting processes, benefits election, etc.

Pros

  • Onboarding was crisp and easy when I first started. Incredible and everything was complete before I started my role here at Prokeep. Very Impressed overall.
  • Recruiting process is amazing
  • Benefits election is equally amazing

Cons

  • N/A I really don't know how you would improve it. I'm happy to provide more detail as I get involved more with Rippling.
  • ROI is excellent in my view. I don't have a direct line of sight into the ROI for Rippling but in my view, as a sales manager and for onboarding candidates it's been invaluable

I have not had to use the support feature.

Rippling is well suited for onboarding and recruiting. Benefits election is pretty awesome. I haven't really seen any scenario where it would be less appropriate or useful at this stage. I'm really liking the platform thus far and would recommend it over any system I've used in my entire 20-plus years of software sales.
