Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

It allows me to see other employees and my company manage their info for other users in the company to be able to see and contact if needed it is also used for our time and attendance to be able to track all of your time and attendance and pay stubs along with other tax information which makes it super easy and easy to access on pretty much any device it is also used for our vacation time off request for any type of other time off that we need to make it easy and intuitive for supervisors and employees to communicate without having to be face to face

Cons

  • Allow users to download pdf files from the app of their paystubs. Currently from what iv seen on Android it's only available on a computer.

Rippling is much easier and intuitive to use some of the other ones can be very complicated Rippling makes it easy for any user older or younger newer or more experienced with that type of system to use it's all self-explanatory and not overly complicated and makes everything easy to use
Anytime I've had an issue which has been very very rare less than a handful of times has been addressed immediately and usually within a couple of hours if not sooner was always fixed with no issues and no miscommunications the customer service is very intuitive and very simplified so that we could just easily get to the root of the problem and fix it immediately

Everything is super easy for employees and supervisors to manage overall their profiles and all their personal information to update it for anyone in the company it always makes time off and vacation requests without having to meet in person very easy and intuitive with just simple approval and denial and what the people need and the reason why as well as getting them their pay stubs promptly before they get paid so they can see what they're getting paid so if there are any issues that are addressed immediately
Being able to access my pay stubs instantly and sometimes even before I get paid it's just in feeling uploaded it and I was very nice and I'm able to access all that stuff instantly also time off request instantly go to my supervisor and they can instantly be approved or denied without having to go into the company or meet face-to-face with anyone it is very intuitive very easy to use and very simplified for any type of user
