Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

It helps and aids us with tracking time off, benefits, payroll, and everything you would expect a typical corporate management software to do. I'm only a minor-role employee however still get the benefit of having Rippling walk me through tax documents, and insurance packages, and as well remind me of upcoming HR-related dates.

  • maybe overall UI experience
  • Add/hire people to run live app messaging
  • Add even more highlightable features or intuitive features (it's great now but more are always welcome!)
  • It got me to where I am comfortable
  • it got me to a point where I understand contracts and documents im signing
  • it has made transitions to new workplaces easy because of large companies know to use y'all
I haven't needed support yet, when you don't need to ask questions but still get everything you need from software no need to change anything right. I trust that similar to how I got invited to review it was rapid and almost immediately after completing a function on my profile.

incredibly easy to use and understand if not understood at the beginning. I know persons/employees of all ages and demographics who have been easily able to navigate the rippling software. Only minor changes and feature additions are really needed and usually, come on a case-by-case basis
Rippling has followed me for my last few jobs and has made it very easy transitioning between jobs, signing new contracts, and understanding company policies, plans, and other HR and benefit-type concepts. It will definitely help people at every level of employment. It helps people collate info and get more out of their HR
