Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My company recently signed on with Rippling for our insurance benefits and payroll. As an employee, it felt very easy to navigate through the platform. Each step was intuitive and I had no issues understanding how to complete my insurance options. One feature that I especially appreciate is the salary tracking, which shows how your salary can/has changed over time. As we've only just begun using Rippling, there's no change yet, but it will be nice to see those changes over time.

  • Perhaps not Rippling's fault, but some of the explanations for benefits were confusing. Rippling remedies this by offering support services to review these benefits.
  • Explanation for HSA and FSA could be clearer
  • We have only had it for less than a month, but so far it has helped us to keep track of payroll and understand our small organization's structure better.
I did not utilize Rippling support so I cannot speak on it.

The site has a good UI, and most things are intuitive to reach. I had a hard time finding my salary at first, because I thought it would be within the "Payroll and Time" section, but it's actually under My Profile > Employment Information. It was very easy to add my bank accounts, and I even added my Roth IRA account with ease. Separating out the amounts I want to send to each was a smooth process.
Easy to use as an employee, navigation is mostly intuitive, and they offer support for choosing insurance plans!
