Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling for employee profile management, payroll, benefits, time off, etc.

Cons

  • When I signed up for my medical insurance, I was not informed of when I would be using my personal insurance ID card (something necessary to show when visiting the doctor).
  • N/a as I'm not the admin; however, reduced overhead from an employee/user perspective
Rippling is more holistic - i.e. payroll, benefits, etc. Hibob was used in tandem with TriNet in my previous company. And TriNet was super clunky and cumbersome to use, especially for expense management and payroll.
I haven't had any experience yet with the support from Rippling.

over usability from an employee / user perspective is a 10/10 :))
Great UX. Clear and simple. Detailed payroll without the complexity. Benefits onboarding was smooth. The employee profile overview (dashboard) is great.
