I use Rippling to track down the hours and activities of each member of my team. I also use it to manage my own employee benefits (insurance, PTO, sick leave, etc.)
- Tracking hours for PT contractors.
- Approval of hours.
- Managing employee benefits.
- Include 401k and other retirement account management.
- Support with tax refunds.
- I don't spend more than a few minutes approving all the hours of the hourly contractors.
- You know all your documents are in one place.
- Very easy to update benefits or information.
