Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to track down the hours and activities of each member of my team. I also use it to manage my own employee benefits (insurance, PTO, sick leave, etc.)
  • Tracking hours for PT contractors.
  • Approval of hours.
  • Managing employee benefits.
  • Include 401k and other retirement account management.
  • Support with tax refunds.
  • I don't spend more than a few minutes approving all the hours of the hourly contractors.
  • You know all your documents are in one place.
  • Very easy to update benefits or information.
I haven't used any other platform like this in the past.

For an hour and benefits management, it is a fantastic software solution. Easily integrates with other platforms we use.
If you are working with multiple employees who bill by the hour, this is a great way to keep track of everything they are doing and approve (or reject) some hours.
