Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as our 3rd party platform, they help with payroll, state taxes, onboarding and offboarding, integration with all apps, as well as healthcare and benefits. We use Rippling on the daily and their live chat feature is great for any questions we may have, if we have any issues with any notices we receive in the mail, or they always seem to have an app that would be useful for any new tools we may add.

There are always live agents available and the follow up is always quick and detailed. If they don't have an answer to my question there's always a solution. They have offered applications as well as passed me to people who can help with the day-to-day questions. For example, they introduced me to ... at State Tax Solutions, and he has helped me tremendously when it comes to new state taxes for a new hire.

Rippling is very user friendly in the sense of its layout, the step by step instructions for each new application, the availability of support and resources available for new products.
Ripplings live chat feature is so helpful for the fact that they can help on the spot to solve issues, they always follow up via email. For example, we've been getting a lot of tax notices in the mail regarding late payments and they are always the ones to help describe the issue better and make payments for us if necessary
