Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for our time cards, as well as benefits and insurance management. I use it on a regular basis. So easy to use and very straightforward. Even when we first switched to the program, it was easy to use and made things a lot easier.

Rippling is so much easier to use. It is more efficient and helps me track my hours as well as time card in an easier manner than the above-mentioned. Everything is very clear and easy to understand. It does not stress me out or make me frustrated in any way. Easy to access features and easy-to-use features.
I give it this rating because Rippling has facilitated one of the more frustrating yet important aspects of an employee, which is time card management and benefits access, as well as payroll. With Rippling being as user-friendly as it is, logging in and getting exactly what you want makes life that much easier and not at all frustrating. It is also less time-consuming than having to figure out where to go to request time off or access the most recent pay stub, etc. Also, as previously mentioned, the payroll emails are great and super fun!

Again I cannot reiterate enough it is so user-friendly anyone can do it! Even someone who is not as tech-savvy, like me.
I have used other programs in the past, and they were not as user-friendly as Rippling. Rippling gets straight to the point, and the features make it very easy to use. Requesting time off is no longer a hassle, accessing my benefits is extremely easy, and the notifications on my dashboard allow me to see what needs my immediate attention, such as benefit enrolment. Plus, I really enjoy the payroll emails as they are always a fun and creative way to end the week!
