Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is amazing when it comes to ease of use for employees to manage their own benefits, check payroll, request time off, etc. I planned to use Rippling for my own business prior to selling it and championed Rippling for my current business as well. It's a great employee experience from the browser or app.
  • Time-off requests are easy and transparent.
  • Reviewing paystubs is easy on my computer or phone.
  • I've used a number of HR providers in the past. I'm not sure I would change anything about Rippling at this point. It works well and is easy to use.
  • Rippling allows speed to come into play during the employee onboarding process and allows for self-onboarding. This allows your HR team to focus on other tasks.
In my eyes, Rippling is a great tool to manage your business, from HR to keeping track of your devices and managing them. I've used others in the past that were clunky and didn't do nearly as much as Rippling.
I do not have any experience with support, but it would not allow me to skip this question.

Very user-friendly, and you are one click away from anything you need. There is power in simplicity.
I would and will recommend Rippling to anyone who owns a business to help manage employee onboarding, payroll, benefits, and other aspects of the employee/employer relationship. I intend to use Rippling in the future for my business as well once we begin hiring employees. Thanks for making a platform that is easy to use.
