Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as our home base for all employee benefits, time off, payroll, FSA, Learning Management, and a few other modules.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Friendly interface.
  • Lots of integrations.
  • Robust

Cons

  • Interface looks slight dated.
  • More in context help.
  • Need more tool tips.
  • It’s made it easier to manage benefits.
  • The payroll feature has worked great.
  • The learning management help employees.
The help from Righways was great. It helped a lot of our employees figure out their open-enrollment benefits options.

The interface is friendly and easy to use. Most employees haven’t had any issues navigating it.
For a company our size, Rippling has hit the sweet spot. It’s easy to use, so there’s minimal user support needed. The interface is friendly and easy to use, but it could use an update or refresh to make it look a little more modern.
