Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling at my company to handle my insurance information, company legal information, putting in my days off, and having tasks from HR send me reminders to get them done. It's really easy to use and to find information that usually is very difficult to find. I can even see the details of all my insurance cards without having to log into my insurance company's website.

Pros

  • Provide relevant detailed information.
  • Provide them in an easy to find manner.
  • Most of the things I need are all in one place.
  • Dealing with HR stuff is quick and efficient and even delightful!

Cons

  • I think the colors are not my favorite but that's neither here nor there.
  • It helped me to reduce the amount of time it would take to care for HR stuff to focus on my own tasks.
It's so much more delightful to use and has many more features that are easy to find.

It is highly usable. Excellent user experience.
It is well suited for human resources needs like accessing my benefits, payroll, and employee legal information.
It may not be so relevant for my day to day tasks like engineering tasks.
