Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as our HRIS system as well as for application provisioning
  • Employee reports
  • Automatic provisioning
  • Easy and intuitive interface
  • Continuing to build out more integrations is always great
  • At time there are certain features that a a bit rigid, more flexibility is always welcome
  • Can be expensive
  • Very positive ROI, has enabled us to scale effectively but hard to put a specific number on that
  • Eliminated the need for a separate onboarding and IT department
  • cost savings by consolidating technologies

It works great for smaller companies and allows you to scale effectively. It eliminates the need for many different software products and saves a lot of time on manual labor with all of their integrations. This makes it very convenient for a small and rapidly growing organization. I think there is room for improvement in terms of flexibility and working with larger organizations
It is great as an all-in-one system. It helps integrate the company so things run smoothly. All of the integrations that are offered make the product very useful for growing companies and eliminates a ton of manual, time-consuming, work. That being said, since it is an all-in-one system it does lots of things well but not anything one thing better than every other competitor
