Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling to manage benefits and payroll.
  • In my opinion, Rippling makes insurance and benefits management a nightmare and causes everyone to spend significantly more time trying to sort out their benefits than do any work.
Rippling is easily the worst of all worlds, and is super cumbersome, has the worst UI, and an all around nightmare to find what you need.
Rippling support is extremely slow to get back to you and is not knowledgeable around any issues that need resolving.

Rippling is clearly outsourced software offering the absolute below grade, minimum viable product, to make money off companies while offering little to no actual clear value.
From my experience, Rippling has no way for end users to contact customer service. Customer service takes forever to get back to you with unclear answers.
