Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I mainly used it during my onboarding process, where instead of waiting for my first day of work, I was able to sign my offer letter and immediately begin filling out new hire paperwork, including my W2 and I9, before my start date. This streamlined my onboarding and allowed me to better "Hit the ground running" on my start date. I now use it to handle my insurance enrollment every year and track my time off, which is great to have it all centralized in one platform.

I haven't needed to use support yet, but the system administrators were able to very easily get me access and set up my offer letter via Rippling.

I have found it very easy to navigate and use.
For remote companies where employees are scattered all around, it streamlines and simplifies the onboarding process and ensures teams can communicate effectively on a simplified modern platform.
