Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used for our Time Sheet Management, Time Off requests, Insurance, and benefits, among other features such as IT security and program access management. I get to submit my daily time sheets, request time off, manage my insurance information, and keep up with my workplace compliance training. It is safe and easy to use, very user-friendly, and with functioning features.

It is a better dashboard outline layout. Faster and more responsive. Easier to use. Better and more features are provided. Deeper software solution. More secure. More instrumental as far as resources provided. Better and improved centralized solutions and resources. More secure. Fast and responsive support system. Great extension in Google Chrome.
I provide this rating because, from my 10 years of work experience in the field, not all of the HR Software solutions come to provide all resources needed to succeed in a responsive, effective, and centralized way. I can say that from the features I use, I have never had to complain about their functioning.

Super intuitive and robust centralized resource center. Fast and efficient user interface. Secure access system with a responsive support system. Accurate time and resource management. Easy access to insurance and benefits information and resources. An efficient way to amend timesheet mistakes and time off submission process. Rarely do you experience a glitch.
Recently I added a new dependant to my insurance plan through Rippling. It was a very self-taught process, easy to navigate through. Also each time I need to submit, register or adjust my time sheets, it's safe, accurate, and effective with my inputs and changes. Very good visual dashboard layout, with intuitive workflows.
