Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Rippling is used for all of our employee management needs. I first used Rippling when I joined Playvox to prepare for my onboarding, and it made starting seamless! I was able to update all my persona information easy, set up direct deposit, and select my benefits all before I even started making my day 1 much smoother. We also use this for requesting time off and benefit management.

- Super easy to understand and learn.
I was not part of choosing Rippling, I am just a user. But I can say from having onboarding and used a variety of tools for people management, Rippling is by far the easiest and most intuitive.
