Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for HR and benefits management. The platform is easy-to-use and intuitive. The app is great too. Happy with Rippling so far. As an employee, I use Rippling to manage my benefits and payroll information. I reference Rippling frequently through the online platform as well as the app on IOS.

  • Positive: I usually don't need to call Rippling for help but when I do, they assist quickly and efficiently.
I've only had to call Rippling for additional support once but when I did, the process was quick and smooth. They assisted with my issue promptly and efficiently.

I give Rippling a ten because it's usability is very good, and I have no complaints.
I use Rippling to manage my benefits and payroll. Both the online platform and the IOS app are easy to use and helpful for referencing the information I need.
