Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use it as my HR and Benefits platform. It's easy to use and very intuitive. As an employee who has used the other major players in HR software, this is the best by far. Menus are easy to navigate, information is easy to find, and requesting time off is a breeze. I really do recommend it!

Rippling has far better UI and for me personally, is much more intuitive which is more important to me as an employee than a feature-rich software. Information is easier to find, things are easier to update and overall feels better than some of the alternatives out there.

As I mentioned in previous prompts, the main thing for me is the ease of use with Rippling. I find the UI to be very accessible and easy to navigate. By far, it's the easiest HR/Payroll software I have used in my professional career.
I have been using Rippling as my HR and Benefits program since I started with Instawork. I have used other HR software in the past, and Rippling is by far my favorite so far. You can tell the user is put first in their design as it is incredibly intuitive, and most importantly the website and app are well optimized. Information is easily found and doing regular functions like looking at a paystub, requesting time off, or going through open-enrollment are a breeze. As an employee, I will boast about Rippling to my other professional friends!
