Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use it for a variety of purposes. It's helped us consolidate platforms to ensure payroll, expenses, onboarding, applications, and so many other disparate sources are all in one place. It's considerably easier to run all of those those from one platform and it saves a ton of times. We had issues of contractors, FTEs, etc all being paid from different applications. It made accounting a nightmare.

They've always been responsive, but it's difficult to schedule timely meetings if you need something urgently

I'm not a fan of the asset management & feel it could be better.

Rippling is a great solution for fast-growing companies that need to onboard and offboard employees quickly. The platform automates many of the onboarding and offboarding tasks, making the process much smoother and faster.

Remote workforce: Rippling is ideal for companies with a remote workforce because it provides a cloud-based solution that can be accessed from anywhere. The platform also includes features such as remote IT support, which can help companies provide their employees with the tools and resources they need to be productive.
