Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for HR purposes. So far there haven’t been any issues. Works great for a growing company so that all the employees can easily request time off. Also, it’s easy to customize the holidays and other days the company will offer as pto to the employees. For any employees requesting time off, the platform makes it easy to check the status of that request.
  • The platform is super easy to use (even on your first time using)
  • The simplicity of the platform makes people visit it more and want to use it. Other softwares can be complicated and hard to navigate.
  • The organization chart (especially for new employees) helps figure out who everyone is and what their role is.
  • It could include a “tasks assigned” tab
  • It could send notifications on status updates rather than having to check the site
  • I don’t love the colors.

Before using Rippling, I had only used ADP’s platform. Between the two, Rippling is better because there was less on Rippling’s site. ADP had a bunch more information and resources (which may be great for some people); but for others, I really appreciate it’s simplicity. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of other programs but it’s very effective.
I’ve only been using Rippling for less than a week but feel compelled to let everyone know that although I haven’t needed the Rippling support yet, I have no doubt that it will be great and very helpful. The platform itself is simple enough for the every day user so I honestly don’t anticipate any problems coming up to the point where I would need to contact Rippling support.

Rippling’s usability is probably the best thing about it. I say this because it’s easy to use (even for people who are bad with interfaces or not familiar with HR practices). Once you get to the homepage, it only has a few crucial tabs so Rippling spared all of us the “guess work” that most softwares usually make us go through. You don’t get lost and know how to get to where you need in a matter of seconds.
Last week I started at a new company and they use Rippling. I had never heard of Riplling personally but after HR showed it to me, I started thanking my lucky stars that this was the software we were using. It’s so easy to use and only includes information and tabs on the side that are absolutely necessary— so I wasn’t intimidated at all and didn’t have to waste any time figuring out how to navigate the site.
