Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Last year my company started using Rippling when our office manager retired. Rippling provides many of the services previously handled by the office manager. This decision has in part allowed the company to provide HR services without hiring another office manager, and to do it with a very high level of quality and effectiveness.
  • Payroll communication is great--I know when I got paid and can easily check details.
  • Filing expense reports using the Spend module makes it almost effortless. Just snap a photo of the receipt with your phone app and send it.
  • Today we completed annual insurance enrollment. It was the easiest ever with simple steps to click through.
  • Requesting time off couldn't be much easier. Enter the time off in Rippling and change it later if needed.
  • I wish it was easier to access documents I've signed. It's "hidden" in my profile. Seems like it should just be an option under the main menu.
  • I think Rippling should go to bat for me to get bigger pay raises/bonuses and more time off. Just tell my management, "Not enough. He's worth way more than that."
  • This question is above my pay grade.

Very intuitive except for the first time I had to find documents I've signed.
Rippling makes my life easier as an employee. Payroll, benefits, business expense reimbursements, required documents to sign. It's got it covered.
