Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

As an employee, I use the Rippling site and app to ask for PTO, verify my health insurance/FSA, and see what other benefits area available to me as an employee of the company. Having everything in a centralized location that's easy to navigate has been very helpful so far.

From the ones listed, Rippling definitely feels a lot more modern and responsive, especially in the app department. These older services definitely place an emphasis on the website as opposed to mobile or app design. When you need an answer quickly, app design is more important than ever, so that's a good thing.
This is based on my contact with company HR, but they are the ones contacting Rippling. So based on how clear some of those answers have been and how quickly they came, I can only presume that Rippling's support team has everything well under control for the companies who use it and the people who manage it.

Again, the interface is very clean. The app and website move and load very fast. The navigation is clear and easy to use. The search bar for questions is quick and seamless. I often find that I am able to resolve my own issues without bringing HR or anyone else into the process which is great.
I find that both the website and the app are clean, fast, and easy to navigate. I have also found that when I have questions, the search bar for answering said question is rather intuitive and quick. I appreciate the way each portion of what I need is organized on both the app and the website's side bar.
