Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Our HR Department uses Rippling to distribute employee information including benefits and payroll. I was able to get a full spectrum of information about my company's offerings and easily navigate through the system. Very impressive and straight-forward.

Pros

  • Allows for clear break down of varied plans/options

  • Making default selections more clear to end users
  • Saved me time during my onboarding
  • Allowed me to reference earlier conversations with our HR professional with clear break downs of information

This was the most impactful aspect of Rippling as an end user. The program is so easy to navigate. Information is presented clearly and succinctly, but links are provided for those who may want to dig deeper into information. Easy to make selections and feel confident that you did so correctly. Very impressive.
This program is a great option for remote employees like myself that may not be able to sit down with an in-office HR professional. Also a great program to use for those companies that offer a variety of benefits and multiple election periods. Very clear, easy to understand, user friendly and easy to navigate.
