Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We used to use another software to manage HR including payroll, time off, benefits etc. But it was extremely hard to use and locked out very often.

Now we are switching to Rippling and it's day and night. Rippling is sooo easy to use and friendly.
  • User friendly
  • don't lock out log in
  • has app for both computer and cell phone
  • I got some error message when I tried to log in. But disappeared in 2 min
  • Haven't seen the payroll and time off function
  • We used to do insurance and FSA at the same time but they are separate now
  • Simplify HR management
  • Save employee's time to keep changing password
  • Incorporate HR functions and company functions very well
Easy log in and never repeatedly ask password or ask changing password.
The navigation is friendly and easy to follow
Has all functions I want and east to follow

The navigation was smartly designed that it's so easy to follow
It's only a week for me to use Rippling and it is such a difference compared to the app we used before. So easy to use and friendly.
