Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use both the Employee account, as a W-2 and the Admin account, as a manager. I find both are extremely easy to navigate. They provide real time access to both information I need (staff management) and learning (LMS system). The reminders keep me on track to hit deadlines, which I'm sure make our HR team's work easier. We are a virtual company - there's no "HR person" to walk over and talk to. Rippling is extremely intuitive, easy to use. They have a fun personality, as well. I like the puns in the automated emails announcing it's pay day (yppie pie yay!). Feels personalized and human, as much as tech can be. I have recommended Rippling to other business owners.

  • I'm not yet a fan of the expense reimbursement app. It's less intuitive than other apps
  • It was not immediately evident to me that I had both an Employee and an Admin profile

Easy. Easy. Easy.
Great for companies in early stage and second stage growth. Fills in many areas of expertise, where perhaps you are not able to hire an HR person with that level of experience. Great for virtual companies with employees around the globe. Apps allow the system to grow as your company grows. My coworkers also say they like it.
