Benefits, payroll and general employee status. The platform provides a one stop shop for its users so that they don't need multiple platforms for their employment related needs.

very easy to use, similar to apps and other products I use so I don't have any level of learning curve when using the platform
i enjoy that i receive emails when i need to update some piece within the website. Rippling is extremely easy to navigate and holds every piece of information so I never feel unsure going into a doctor's appointment or looking up a pay stub. it really is a great one stop shop for everything employment based!
