Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

For an a user to navigate so many applications can be confusing and time consuming. Rippling has many applications that is centralized making it easy to access new information, historic information, provide information, and request information. If I need an employee verification letter or a medical group number, Rippling makes it easy to request and have within minutes.

Pros

  • Reporting structuring of employee
  • Ease of payroll documents
  • Accessibility and control of personal time off

Cons

  • Some function are not available like task on the mobile app
  • I can't approve on the mobile app
  • Would like to be able to take the classes on mobile app
  • The organization of information increased the business efficiency
  • Employee can search for themselves, leaving HR to do the things they need to be productive
  • Access 24/7 thru mobile app allows employee to function when they have the opportunity leaving the normal work hours for other business.
Rippling stacks up pretty well. It's been awhile. My memory has faded. TriNet didn't have the app when I was using them. So an apple to apple comparison would not be fair.
Have not had to contact support.

Yes

Rippling is user friendly. If the information is important, you will have access to it.
I traveled 25% for business. For those last minute business trip, I might forget to bring some medical information. Rippling has all the information. I can travel with ease knowing that I can access it any time for any emergency. In addition, all employee are readily available thru a email, text, or call thru the mobile app. If I am a customer site, I can text a question using the mobile app so I can answer a question or two. Every helpful.
