Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
For an a user to navigate so many applications can be confusing and time consuming. Rippling has many applications that is centralized making it easy to access new information, historic information, provide information, and request information. If I need an employee verification letter or a medical group number, Rippling makes it easy to request and have within minutes.
- Reporting structuring of employee
- Ease of payroll documents
- Accessibility and control of personal time off
- Some function are not available like task on the mobile app
- I can't approve on the mobile app
- Would like to be able to take the classes on mobile app
- The organization of information increased the business efficiency
- Employee can search for themselves, leaving HR to do the things they need to be productive
- Access 24/7 thru mobile app allows employee to function when they have the opportunity leaving the normal work hours for other business.
