Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to keep track of everything from Payroll, to benefits, to PTO, etc. It also keeps track of the company's org chart and reminds us of things like birthdays and company anniversaries.

  • sometimes difficult to log in, but I guess that is good to keep it safe
  • I mainly use Rippling for it's internal HR software so not much impact on our overall business objectives

I mentioned it earlier but I love the user interface, very easy to figure out
It is a very helpful all in one tool to help keep track of the things that are sometimes overlooked. It's also extremely helpful to have access to your paystubs and W2's whenever you need it.
